1 Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or placing an order on RankNova you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

2 Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

A single account may hold buyer, publisher and reseller capabilities. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice wherever practical.

3 Marketplace listings

Publishers set their own prices, guidelines and turnaround. Metrics shown on a listing are supplied by third-party providers and refreshed periodically; they are estimates, not guarantees.

Listings must be for websites the publisher owns or is authorised to sell placements on. Ownership verification is required before a listing goes live.

4 Orders and delivery

An order forms a contract between the buyer and the publisher, brokered by us. Payment is held until the placement is delivered and the link verified.

Publishers must accept or decline within 48 hours and deliver within the turnaround stated on the listing. Buyers have 7 days from delivery to approve, request one revision, or raise a dispute. Silence results in automatic approval on day 8.

5 What we do and do not guarantee

We guarantee the placement: a live, indexable link on the agreed page with the anchor text and link attribute specified in the order.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue. Any party promising specific ranking outcomes from link placements is misrepresenting how search works.

6 Prohibited content

Orders must not involve content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that promotes hate or violence. The following are never permitted:

• Malware, phishing or deceptive redirects
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property
• Adult, gambling or pharmaceutical content on sites that do not permit it
• Automatically generated content submitted as original work

7 Fees and payment

Buyer prices include our platform margin. Publishers receive the full price they set; we do not deduct commission from publisher earnings.

All amounts are quoted and settled in US dollars. Any currency conversion shown in the interface is presentational only.

8 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankNova Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost rankings. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
